TÜV NORD Germany
One of Europe's largest independent testing, inspection, and certification organisations. Vivant's 50-45 thermal break series was submitted to TÜV NORD for independent performance testing - results validated against EN 1886:2007. The TÜV NORD mark on the 50-48 series means the performance data has been verified by a party with no commercial interest in the outcome.

VDI 6022 Compliance
Awarded by DIN/VDI, Standard Hygiene in ventilation and air conditioning systems - materials must not promote microbial growth. Applicable for all nylon components.

EN 1886:2007
The European standard specifying mechanical performance requirements for air handling units. Four performance criteria:
Measures heat flow across the panel frame. A lower value equals a better-insulated frame.
Measures the volume of air bypassing joints. Nylon interfaces reduce leakage significantly.
The frame withstands internal operational pressure differentials without structural deformation.
Ensures the interface seats perfectly without gaps. Critical for cleanroom functions.
