What is Serration Surface?
Serration surface profiles (SR 42-45 and SR 42-50 series) have a textured outer face on the aluminium extrusion - providing a mechanical key for panel adhesive or gasket materials, improving the bond between panel and frame in high-performance AHU builds.
What is the Clean Room profile?
The Clean Room profile system is designed for pharmaceutical-grade AHU construction where all internal surfaces must be smooth, sealed, and free of joints that could harbour contamination. Compatible with the 42-45 thermal break series.
What is Snap Fix?
The SF 57-50 snap-fix series allows panels to clip into the frame without exposed fasteners. The panel strip locks panels from the outer channel - leaving a smooth, unbroken internal surface.
